New process step for crushing and sorting of salt slag Speira Recycling Norway
We are proud to announce that we are behind a complete EPC regarding primary processing of Salt Slag for Speira Recycling Norway. The equipment has been designed and constructed in close dialogue with the customer and our manufacturers where both the existing production hall and the new facility have been modeled and visualized in AutoCad Inventor 2024.
The facility is adapted to the existing production hall and process loop, and developed to improve preparation, replace and reduce resource requirements in production.
The delivery includes a vibrating feeder (Jöst), primary crusher (Sandvik), horizontal screen (HAAHJEM), belt conveyors (HAAHJEM), belt magnet (ERIEZ) and hammer boom equipped with hammer and lifting device (McQuaid). The electrical equipment and control system are manufactured (ACEL) and delivered in collaboration with the customer's supplier (Caverion).
Foundations, downspouts, feed hoppers, walkways, stairs, dustproofing and screening are manufactured, delivered and installed by HAAHJEM.
