JOEST - Vibrating screens, circular motion

JOEST circular motion vibrating screens are used worldwide for pre- or final classification of free-flowing, slightly sticky and coarse-grained bulk materials. The typical character of this screen is a circular motion. The screen operates with an inclination angle between 10 to 30° and can be optimized for the throughput for most known applications.
The screen decks can be supplied with either perforated plate, polyurethane or steel mesh, which increases the range of applications. Cleaning units can be installed below or above the screen mesh to avoid glare when screening under difficult conditions. Screens are usually equipped with a feed tray before the screening zone begins, this breaks up the material and allows long parts to lie flat during screening. If necessary, cascade stages can be added to turn the material and create even greater separation efficiency. Circular motion screens can be designed with up to three screen decks. Depending on the application and size of the screen, suitable unbalanced motors, lubricated shaft drives or, for higher loads, oil-lubricated magnetizing cells are available as drive units.
