BP1200-9TB Two Bin Tracked Blending Plant. This is, as the name suggests, a unit where you can combine 2 different fractions and mix them into one.
Each feeder is variable speed controlled with a simple adjustment solution. The control screen shows the speed at which each feeder is running. This allows you to control the feed rate and specify the amount of material that will make up the total end product.
The machine is also equipped with a physical control hatch to ensure homogeneous feed and prevent unwanted "dropping" of material.
When the materials from each feeder meet, there is a single-shaft forced mixer where rotation can be adjusted up to 825 RPM.
