HAAHJEM® develops and supplies bulk material feeding stations to subsequent process steps or loading/unloading. The default buffer volume for a simple solution is from 8-14 m3. Output capacity for operations of typically 150-800 tonnes/hour.

HAAHJEM® Feeding stations are modular solid structures that can be equipped for a variety of purposes. The solutions are modular and consist mainly of a framework of feedlome, integrated vibration feeder and subsequent conveyor. While the larger solutions are in sections for easy assembly/dismantling - the smaller solution is delivered as portable devices, removable as one device.

HAAHJEM® feeding stations are designed to use several different sizes of vibration feeders and conveyors. Design is determined by material, desired capacity/purpose.

For example, a portable solution equipped with an electro magnetic vibrator intended for continuous controlled feeding of con-crushers or other processes can be delivered up to about 200 m3/hour. Larger vibrators are equipped with electro mechanical vibrator with capacity up to approx. 800 tons/hour (1.5 h/m3).
