The HAAHJEM fine-crush work® CTC 136 FINES HYBRID is a self-propelled machine with its own electrical energy supply and comes prepared for the use of external power source.

The machine can operate as a secondary/tertiary step crusher or as an independent unit for crushing stone material. It can be fed either using wheel loads, excavator or a conveyor. The vibration feeder acts as the bottom of the feed hopper and effectively removes fine fabric before the material is passed directly to the con-crusher via belt conveyor. Short distance from feeder to crusher combined with precise level control, ensures optimum process control and optimum filling level in the crusher.

A belt magnet hanging over the feed band ensures that unwanted metal, such as excavator teeth, bolts and the like, does not enter into the crusher.

The crushed material is carried with a conveyor under the feeding station and together with the classified material of the 3-deck screen. The screened material is discharged via belt feeders (not rundown chutes) and separate conveyors. Oversize from the screening process is returned directly from the screen to the crusher for further reduction. (Closed circuit crushing)
