The CTC 1208 FLEX coarse crushist is a self-propelled machine with its own energy supply from a diesel engine. It can operate as an independent unit for crushing stone material. The machine is modular and consists of tipable feed funnel, jaw crusher, visibility, conveyors, framework and drive and control unit.

The coarse crusher is operated via remote control and fed from excavator to the feed station of the machine. This consists of a tipable feed funnel that leads the stone materials to the jaw crusher for crushing. The feed funnel is designed to prevent ingestion stone material greater than the intake opening of the crusher. Using the hydraulic tick function, the operator can vha. remote control lift out oversized stone for processing on the ground.

When transporting, lift the tickable feed funnel and side conveyor of the machine. If necessary, the main conveyor can also be easily removed, all vha. the local feeder.
