Until now, trimming bulk storage using belt conveyors has been associated with labor-intensive rigging and moving. Our unique self-propelled belt conveyor comes in several lengths and can be the answer to most indoor and outdoor storage challenges.

The further developed HAAHJEM® H-CON 1050-18/20/24 3D HYBRID is self-propelled and can move so that you can easily find an optimal position for maximizing storage volume. A smart wheeled chassis has been developed for efficient and smooth movement and trimming for optimal warehouse logistics.

The solution here is 2 separate drive circuits where you can choose between power from an on-board diesel-hydraulic or electric-hydraulic drive unit.

The conveyor solution is self-propelled and mounted on a mobile chassis with 4 wheels. Hydraulic/electric devices make it easy to change from movement to production. When moving, one set of wheels can be controlled to turn the unit. In production, the wheel position for the front wheels is switched to radial movement. Typical use is for bulk storage of salt, sand, wood chips or other materials that require greater storage height. One man operates the unit by remote control.

The models are supplied with a loading box or a larger feed pocket that can hold up to 6 tons of material. Two or more units as a linked system will provide the best conditions for good warehouse logistics.

Capacity is up to 400 MTPH/ all 600 MTPH.
